What we’re looking for

Thoughtful, data-driven leadership with a passion for empowering customers through transformational change.

Experience

8+ years in customer success, consulting, or technical account management supporting enterprise software or data platforms.

  • Proven track record managing executive stakeholders
  • Comfort navigating complex, multi-stream programs
  • Ability to translate technical topics into business value

Domain knowledge

Understanding of modern data and AI architectures, streaming technologies, and cloud ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with data governance, analytics, or ML operations
  • Appreciation for security and compliance requirements
  • Experience with SaaS usage analytics and health scoring
