What we’re looking for

You love translating complex technical stories into intuitive journeys that customers understand.

Qualifications

Studying communications, business, information systems, or similar with an interest in SaaS or data products.

  • Experience in customer success, marketing, or UX projects
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with analytics dashboards or spreadsheets
